Thinking of Renting out your Property?
Did you buy a property with intent to rent it out or decided to rent out your current property?
When a property is being rented, the Biglerville Borough office needs to have a Landlord-Tenant Form provided per the Ordinance #11-103.
An updated Landlord-Tenant Form needs to be provided anytime a tenant moves in or out. This helps the borough and police department to know how many people are residing on the property incase of an emergency. It also provides the Borough with tenant information and water/ sewer billing.
