Service Line Inventory
In 2022 the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a revision to the Lead and Copper rule. This law referred to as the Lead and Copper Rule Revision (LCRR) mandates Biglerville Borough and all other drinking water utilities to develop and inventory of pipe material on both the public and customer owned service lines. The intent of this inventory is to identify areas where lead service lines may exist and be present so that we may develop an informed plan to address them.
