April 1st marked the beginning of another mosquito season in Pennsylvania. While it is hard to predict how this season will evolve, please know that you can reach out to the Adams County Conservation District with any mosquito related questions or concerns you may have. We encourage you to visit the Adams County Conservations District website to access mosquito related information and links you might find useful.
From May through October, the Adams County Conservation District will be setting mosquito traps throughout the county on a regular basis to monitor for mosquito-borne diseases like West Nile Virus and Jamestown Canyon Virus. They will also be responding to mosquito related complaints from county residents.
